She can also assist you with all of your relocating needs whether you are moving out of the area or into the area. She is a long time member of the National Association of Realtors as well as a member of Southland Regional Association of Realtor. After raising six wonderful children in Colorado (Breckenridge area) she has decided to return to California where she is from and make Santa Clarita Valley her home once again. Her husband of 16 years is from New Zealand (a Kiwi).  Kimberly enjoys hiking, mountain bike riding, boating, and traveling.  Kimberly Swanson genuinely cares about making your real estate experience a pleasant one.
